from 17-21 Sept., 2010 at NYC, Gadpuri.
As per the
Annual Programme of Training of the National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts &
Guides, the above Course will be held as per details given below.

How to Reach |
It is
situated on 45 KMs from New Delhi. National Highway and 10 KM away from Ballabhgarh
Bus/Station. Get down at Palwal, from Faridabad Station. Regular Buses are
available to Gadpuri. |

Development
Fee Rs. 100/- + Special Fee Rs. 50/- = Total Rs. 150/- only. |

Financial Assistance |
Free
hospitality during the Course will be provided. Concessional 2nd
Class Train fare and actual Bus fare (where there is no train service) will
be reimbursed on production of T. E. Bill along with Bus tickets in original
and Photocopies of Train tickets to be submitted. Please bring photocopies of
train ticket. |

Eligibility |
1. They should have completed 1 year after receiving HWB Parchment. 2. After receiving Parchment have should assisted atleast one Basic /
Advanced course in her section. 3. Produce at least 2 Swarn Pank / 8 Tritiya Sopan / 2 Nipun in her unit
certified by DOC/DTC and countersigned by DC. 4. Participants should be running unit effectively with valid warrant
(Submit Form No. 16 copy enclosed). |

What to Bring |
Usual camp kit, 2 sets of correct & complete
Uniform as per APRO III, (Black shoes, camel color socks, HWB scarf &
woggle, nylex belt). Mosquito net, personal medicines, bedding, torch, odomos
tube, chart paper, pen, pencil, marker pen, knotting rope. Climate during September
will be rainy. Raincoat / Wind cheater may by required. Participants should bring the 50 Questionnaires &
50 B.P.Sayings with reference on Scouting for Boys and WAGGGS and preparation
of lesson taking of Basic Course topics and Game. |
Only new Application
(enclosed) with certificate of the candidates duly recommended should reach before
15.08.2010 to the National Training Centre, Pachmarhi, M.P.461881. Late
application will not be accepted. The
State Training Commissioners are requested to ensure that application form
along with all documents should reach to NTC before one month. No participants
should start to National Youth Complex, Gadpuri without receiving the
SELECTION LETTER issued form NTC, Pachmarhi to the individual. Participants
bringing application by hand will not be admitted. Candidates will not be allowed to bring children / escorts with her.
