Subject: NATIONAL COMMISSIONER SHIELD COMPETITION-2005-06

Applications are invited from all the States for the National Commissioner Shield Competition-2005-06. The prescribed Proforma of performance report is enclosed herewith with the Guidelines for the competition. The report should be separate for Scout Wing and Guide Wing.

All the States are sincerely requested to participate in the competition. The last date for the report of the applications at National Headquarters is 20^th October 2006. Late applications will not be considered.
