Sub: Disaster Preparedness Training Course

Ref: NHQ Schedule of Events Circular No. 30 dated 25. 04. 2005.               

Dear Sir/Madam,

Disaster Preparedness Training Course will be held from 22nd to 26th August 2006 at Divisional Training Centre Cable Nagar, Alniya Kota, Rajasthan. Details about the course are as follows.

 

NAME OF THE EVENT:     DISASTER PREPAREDNESS TRAINING COURSE.

 

DATES:                                  FROM 22ND AUGUST TO 26TH AUGUST 2006

 

VENUE:                                 Divisional Training Centre of the Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts

                                                & Guides, CABLE NAGAR, ALNIYA, KOTA.

HOW TO REACH:                Get down at Kota Railway Station and reach to the Divisional Headquarters at Chhatra Vilas Bag, Kota. From where Transport arrangement will be made available.

ELIGIBILITY:                       Young and dessing Dist. Organising Commissioners / ASOC S/G, Training Counselors Scouts/Guides and L. T., ALT who is interested to deal and help during calamities and Natural Hepazored may be selected for participation.

QUOTA:                                 2 Male and 2 Female candidates from each state may be deputed to undergo the Training Course.

FEE:                                        Participants will deposit following fees at the time of Registration in the Camp:

                                                DEVELOPMENT FEE:         Rs.100/= per head

                                                SPECIAL FEE:                       Rs.  30/= per head

                                                TOTAL-                                  Rs.130/= per head

TRAVELLING EXPENDITURE: IInd Sleeper class train fare on concessional basis and Actual Bus fare will be reimbursed to the participants on production of photocopy of the train ticket and bus tickets in original along with the T.E.Bill.

MATERIAL TO BRING:     Participants are requested to bring following materials with them:

                                                Two sets of correct and complete uniform, light bedding, toilet requisites, clothing to change, Knotting Rope, Mug, Plate, Spoon, Torch, Knife, pen, note-book, Chart Papers, Colours etc.
