Reminder – I

 

Sub: Anti Leprosy Day – National Level Competition Dates Changed please note  

Ref: Circular no. 69/2006 dated 02.08.2006

 

Dear Sir / Madam,

 

            With reference to the above subject matter we would like to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances The TLM has changed the National Competition of I revive Mahatma Gandhi’s Semifinal & Final dates. Please note they are as follows: 

 

As per the Circular 69/2006

Please note the present changed date

The Semi Final date at National Headquarters was 1st October, 2006

1.      Semifinal at National Headquarters on 29th September, 2006 Auditorium. Please send the State selected one candidate at 8 AM on 29th September, 2006. Competition starts on 10.30 AM on 29 September, 2006

2.      Final will be on 30th September, 2006.

 

We would like to remind you that the name of the state level winner (Scout or Guide) should be sent to the National Headquarters with following details of the winner.

-          Name of the state level winner (Scout or Guide), Date of Birth and Postal Address with Phone no. & E-mail address in capital letters.

-          The name of the escort with postal address, phone no. & E-mail address.

-          The winners from the state will participate in the semifinal on 29th September, 2006 depicting the Mahatma Gandhi with refer to his leprosy work. (Presentation must be in English or Hindi for not more than 5 minutes in dress like Mahatma Gandhi).

-          The participant (Scout/Guide) and his/her escorts should bring the complete and correct uniforms as per APRO II & III.

-          The last date of receipt of the name to the Jt. Director (G) at National Headquarters is 20th September. 2006

 

It is also requested that the “Leprosy Awareness Rally” may be organised at Block/District and State level on 2.10.2006 and the reports may be sent to National Headquarters.
