REMINDER – I

 

SUB.:-  PREPARATION OF  ANNUAL REPORTS AND CENSUS OF THE BHARAT SCOUTS & GUIDES,NATIONAL  HEADQUARTERS FOR THE YEAR 2005 –2006.

 

REF.:- CIRCULAR NO. 18/2006, DATED: 10.03.2006.

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

With reference to the above subject matter and above  ref. Circular up till today we have not received the Annual Reports & Census. It is very urgent.

 

As you know that the year 2005-2006 is over on 31.03.2006. Therefore, we have to prepare Annual Reports for the year 2005-2006 i.e. from 01.04.2005 to 31.03.2006.

 

It is  requested that reports of  the important activities/programmes with action photographs which your state held, conducted and participated in both National & International, during the  year 2005-2006 may please be sent to the undersigned latest by 30th April 2006 so that we may consolidate the same and put up in the  next Executive Committee for approval.

 

We also request you to send the census return on the proforma enclosed alongwith quota money payable by your state.
